This is the final project of my four years at Game Sup. The aim was to create a vertical slice of the game concept developed last year as part of the end-of-year project: Cuistory.

Production Planning & Tracking

Built milestone schedules (Gates, Agile) and Gantt charts

Organized tasks (Epics, Stories) and tracked progress with leads

Led daily stand-ups to remove blockers and align priorities
