WORK PREVIEW:

MY  TASKS:

  • Daily Meetings: Organized 15-minute daily stand-ups to review completed and upcoming tasks, identify challenges, and find collective solutions.

  • Macro Scheduling: Developed a milestone-based schedule using Google Sheets with an adapted AGILE approach, then adjusted it in the beta phase using the Gates method and a customized Gantt chart.

  • Micro Scheduling: Used ClickUp to track tasks, set priorities with the team, and coordinate closely with leads.

  • Project Adjustments: Regularly refined the game artists' schedule during the alpha and beta phases using Google Sheets.

  • Cost Management: Calculated man-month costs and estimated the total project budget.

  • Process Optimization: Developed tools and methods (with Google Sheet) to improve team organization, including a structured asset listing system.

  • Managing a team of 16 people: Adapting planning tools for an expanded team (mainly Excel), restructuring the workspace to optimise communication according to the production stages, and clearly defining roles from the start of the project to improve the organisation of tasks and exchanges of information.

  • Relational and coordination challenges: Managing internal tensions, rebalancing priorities in line with project objectives and adjusting schedules to redistribute tasks not taken on. Seeking support from referents to resolve conflicts and ensure efficient working.

  • Anticipating and managing delays: Continuously adapting the schedule to compensate for people leaving before the end of the project (because of internship) and human difficulties, with a proactive approach aimed at finalising tasks in progress, simplifying or adjusting content where necessary.
