OBJECTIVES:
This is the final project of my four years at Game Sup. The aim was to create a vertical slice of the game concept developed last year as part of the end-of-year project: Cuistory.

MY TASKS:

Organize dailys (15 minutes every morning to give a general overview of tasks done and to be done + identify problems encountered to find solutions together).

Establish the macro schedule according to the milestones imposed with Google Sheet using an adapted AGILE method, then, in the beta phase, readapt the milestones using the Gates method combined with a gantt chart adapted to my needs and those of the project.

Establish the micro schedule using Click up to identify tasks to be done and prioritize them with the rest of the team, mainly with the leads.

During the alpha and beta phases, regularly readjust the game artists' schedule using Google Sheet.

Negotiate milestones with teachers.

Calculate man-month costs for the project

Develop tools & methods to facilitate organization of team members (e.g. list assets in a clear and structured way (see screenshot on the right).
